AUSTRALIAN-based Astron Industries has announced the new Ultimark pre-inked stamp making system will be demonstrated at major centres throughout Australia.

For the first time, this state-of-the-art industrial equipment will be available to increase custom made stamp production demand, quickly and easily.

Because manufacturers can produce stamps without the time consuming and often complex and expensive equipment required for normal production, resellers and manufactures alike can increase their sales by taking advantage of this new service to customers.

The bench top Ultimark allows a manufacturer to produce large or small numbers of pre-inked stamps in just a few easy steps:

· Simply print the artwork/text from a laser printer.

· Expose the special foam using the Ultimark Exposure System.

· Place the exposed foam and stamp mount on top of it. The ink automatically transfers to the printing die.

Print quality from this system is exceptionally good and the mounts are self adjusting, which eliminates the necessity for the consumer to fiddle with settings and mess up the adjustments.

Previously, pre-inked methods were not only time consuming, but tended to be messy, while this system is not only simple to use, it is also very, very clean.

Designed to boost productivity, the Ultimark system can be used in conjunction with traditional production techniques or as the sole method of manufacture.

The equipment allows stamp makers to include pre-inked stamps in their range at an affordable price, and at the same time provide the ultimate in efficiency and simplicity, according to Astron Industries.

ULTIMARK machines are available in two sizes, so a smaller production rate is catered for as well as the high volume producer.
