ARRK Australia announced a new Rapid Press Metal service. The new prototype service enables ARRK’s customers to receive high quality press formed prototypes without the upfront expense of full press tooling. All parts are laser cut from sheet stock material and then bent or formed either by hand or with simple forming jigs.
The new services offer companies a cost effective solution for the production of 1-50 sets of press metal parts in a very short lead time. Normal turnaround time for this service is 8-10 days.
ARRK offers the services in a variety of materials (SECC, SPTE, SGCC, SPCC, Aluminium, Phosphor Bronze, Stainless Steel).
