Aquavic offers various commercial and industrial products such as 50mm NB Flanged Flowcell, 40/50mm NB Universal Flowcell, Medium Temperature and Mains Pressure Flowcell, 80mm NB Flanged Flowcell, Industrial Ioniser Model KS2–M and Industrial Ioniser Model KS2–C.
Basic 50-mm NB flanged flowcell from Aquavic is available with one pair of electrodes. It is not demountable and the entire flowcell assembly must be separated to cause an electrode change. Flanges are supplied as blanks but can be drilled on request from clients.
The 40/50-mm NB Universal Flowcell from Aquavic is completely demountable and this flanged unit features one pair of electrodes in a disposable cartridge. It is intended for low to medium pressure and temperature applications. Cartridge replacement and removal takes about two minutes. The cartridge body may also be leftover as a biodegradable plastic or sent to Aquavic for reconstruction.
80-mm NB flanged flowcell unit has two pairs of electrodes. If more electrodes are required, Aquavic simply expands the length of the body to accommodate up to six pairs of electrodes. These units are not demountable.
Medium Temperature and Mains Pressure Flowcell has been designed for an average temperature, mains pressure purpose. It features heavy walled PVC body, four stainless steel tie rods and duplex seals.
