Rotalock refractory anchors from Antec Engineering
have been specified for a project currently underway in Saudi Arabia.
Being executed by German company Outotec, the project involves the building of two new fluidised bed alumina calciners for the Ma’aden project in Saudi Arabia.
Project consultants Worley Parsons specified the Rotalock anchor system, a two-piece system that allows for movement in the refractory lining whilst firmly holding the lining to the wall of the vessel. The refractory lining design and supply for the Ma’aden project was awarded to Shinagawa Refractories Australasia with Antec being Shinagawa’s preferred anchor supplier.
Designed for easy installation and maintenance, the Rotalock anchor system is backed by Antec’s experience in manufacturing refractory anchors for local and global usage with the assurance of reliability, on-time production and high quality standards.
