Ansell Healthcare is one of the large manufacturers and marketers of protective gloves
and apparel. The Occupational Healthcare division is launching HyFlex Dyneema 11-630, a level 4 cut resistant glove.
Ansell’s HyFlex Dyneema cut resistant gloves provide a good balance of comfort, sure handling and good cut resistance. The polyurethane coating provides secure grip in dry and oily environments as well as good abrasion resistance. The seamless Dyneema blend liner offers a medium to high level of cut resistance, while the grey coating and liner hide marks and stains to reduce replacement cycles.
Working with DSM as a global licensee, Ansell has developed 11-630 by blending Kevlar and cotton into the Dyneema yarn. The resulting glove offers a cut rating of 4 and increased heat resistance, without sacrificing fit and feel.

- 11-627. Blends Dyneema, Lycra and grey nylon for a close, comfortable fit and a cut rating of 3.
- 11-628. Made from the same material as 11-627 with an extended cuff.
