Ansell Industrial Healthcare
introduces the new HyFlex 11-820 gloves engineered to deliver both comfort and protection in multipurpose light duty mechanical applications.
Mitchell Mackey, Ansell's Head of Marketing describes the HyFlex 11-820 as a genuine, next-generation glove, which delivers a new standard of performance for general purpose industrial hand protection.
Ansell’s new HyFlex 11-820 gloves incorporate a breathable, high abrasion-resistant palm coating formulation to provide superior mechanical wear and tear performance in addition to a new generation liner that provides the wearer with a 'second-skin' level of comfort.
Designed to address the problems of worn coatings and dirty liners experienced by workers with their conventional gloves, HyFlex 11-820 gloves feature a dark blue 'second skin' Spandex liner that hides dirt and offers a snug, comfortable all-shift fit.
He adds that Ansell’s Nitrile long-life coating formulation is designed to excel when the glove is used in applications where abrasion resistance is a priority.
An additional knitting process that drops down the little finger adds to the comfort factor. With the upper palm portion below the middle three fingers knitted separately from the rest of the palm, and the little finger joint mounted lower than the rest, independent movements are enhanced resulting in a better-fitted glove.
An ‘extra comfort’ cuff featuring an over edge allows the glove to be more easily pulled on and off, adding to convenience for the user.
Independent testing by the European testing agency, Centexbel has confirmed the HyFlex 11-820 gloves meet level 4 abrasion rating, the highest possible in a 1-4 scale.
