Ansac has accumulated vast experience in the development of proprietary products for pyrometallurgical applications as well as in thermal processing. The company provides monitoring products such as horizontal direct-fired rotary kilns, barring furnaces, horizontal indirect-fired rotary kilns, cutomised applications, metallurgical test and pilot plant facilities, drying/calcination ovens, and cascade dryers/coolers/heaters.
Mixing, heating, calcination, drying and direct-fired heating are carried out at very high temperatures in horizontal direct fired rotary kilns. In barring furnaces, the highest temperature is recorded while melting wastes, concentrates and sludge.
Horizontal indirect-fired horizontal rotary kilns require medium temperature for a wide range of applications including heating, decomposition and digestion, calcination, low contaminant drying, regeneration of carbon, and coking or charring.
Ansac provides customised applications through its multi-disciplined engineering team, which is well experienced in several pyrometallurgical applications. Some of them include kiln and furnace design and custom drying processes.
