Ansac has metallurgical test facilities, and its pilot plant facility services provide up-to-date process development infrastructure in the manufacturing premises of clients, for many applications including direct and indirect fire testing. To further satisfy its clients, Ansac's engineering staff work in tandem with them during existing or new process development activities.
Another important product of Ansac is the drying or calcination oven. It comes in large and medium sizes because of the varying volumes of wastes and metal sludges. Cascade dryers, coolers and heaters can be operated at low primary costs and can contain enough ingredients for a wide range of operations.
Ansac has adopted innovative designs in its material handling valves. Ansac's rotary valves, which range from 150mm to 600mm in diameter, are suitable for various applications such as process air locks, dust extraction and solids dosing. Single and double flap valves possess fine, compact designs and are intended for applications in which total occasional sealing or regular discharge of solids are needed.
Ansac’s slidegate or knifegate valves are 200mm-750mm in diameter and are suitable for solid isolation when used with other valve equipment. Rotary floating shoe valves range from 250mm to 750mm in diameter and contain ceramic-tipped floating or rugged cast iron shoe seals. These are suitable for applications of high pressure and for use with high abrasive materials.
