Anritsu have introduced their latest enhancements for the MT8212E/ MT8213E Cell Master and MS2712E/ MS2713E Spectrum Master handheld analysers. Installing new measurement capabilities and increased overall performance to enhance the roll out of 4g technologies and include the TD-LTE.
MT8212E/MT8213E Cell Master base station analysers are now equipped with 20 MHz demodulation bandwidth as a standard feature but for the MS2712E/MS2713E Spectrum Master they are an optional additional.
Greater bandwidth will make these analysers a cost effective alternative to 20 MHz TD-LTE installations that are currently deployed.
Other enhancements for both models include improved Displayed Average Noise Level to -162dBm in 1 Hz RBW and they dynamic range will now extend to >102 dB in 1Hz RBW. Additional 1 Hz and 3Hz RBW filters have also been installed.
The MT8212E and MT8213E Cell Master now have the following option available which include users to conduct RF measurements, modulation measurements and Over the Air (OTA) measurements on TD-LTE signals.
These handheld multifunction base station analyser are small, light and economical for base station testing during installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting. Combining functionality and capabilities of cable and antenna, interference, spectrum, signal and back haul analysers as well as a power meter into the one instrument.
MS2712E/MS2713E handheld spectrum analysers allow users to locate, monitor, anlayse and identify a broad range of cellular, 2G, 3G,4G, land mobile radio, Wi-Fi and broadcast signals.
A range of configuration options are available and these devices will eliminate the need to learn and carry multiple instruments when locating and identifying signals over wide frequency ranges.
Both the models have dedicated routines for simple one-button measurements for:
- Field strength
- Channel power
- Occupied Bandwidth
- Adjacent channel power ration (ACPR)
- Carrier-to-interference (C/I) Ratio
- AM/FM/SSB demodulator
