The ChillCard II gas sensors use a robust infra-red source to ensure long lifetime and reduced susceptibility to shock. Their reliability is further enhanced by the elimination of all moving parts from the sensor head. The ChillCard II gas sensors are easily maintained requiring only a few minutes per year to replace the hydrophobic particle filter in the inlet housing and a simple calibration procedure to check the accuracy and adjust the calibration when required.
The ChillCard II offer user-selectable linear and analogue output, temperature correction, display resolution and time constant options. Additional expansion options including fault indicator, alarm function software and a 4-digit liquid crystal display are also available. These features ensure that these gas sensors can be customised to suit the application.
The ChillCard II gas sensors are supplied fully tested and calibrated with a 1 year warranty against defective parts and workmanship.
