PCB mount USB connectors

Altronic Distributors have released two new PCB mount USB connectors to their range to cater for the requirements of a wider range of Australian OEM's looking to integrate USB functionality into their products.

The P 1299 is an A type USB connector which is mounted vertically onto the PCB. The P 1301 provides two USB A type connections that are double-stacked, a compact way to connect to multiple peripheral devices. Both connectors are through-hole versions and feature gold plated contact surfaces.

These products comply with USB 2.0 high speed standard for 480Mbit/s data transfer.
