ALPHA Racking , trading as Alpha Warehouse Solutions, has opened another factory in China. This is the latest addition to their ‘family’ of owned factories in China.
The newest factory will employ 800 people and eight qualified engineers, who will be able to deliver the latest technology in quality steel pallet racking.
All of the steel used to create Alpha Racking comes with all certifications and every batch goes through a tensile quality control program.
Once chosen, the steel certification batch number is recorded. The Alpha brand of markings is then imbedded on every piece, so that customers can be assured of the high quality of the product.
The testing process has been completed to conform to Australian Standards. The company is also working to achieve the FEM World Standards at the Monash University in Victoria..
Alpha has a large range of different size uprights and crossbeams to suit all standard size and measurements, but can also make specialised orders and ship direct from their factory to the place of installation, saving time and money.
Alpha is establishing new distribution centres in New South Wales and Queensland, which will be both opened at the end of July 2006. This will allow their distribution network an even faster delivery time with reliable service and installation.
Direct shipping of containers from Alpha’s factory in China direct to the customer’s doorstep can be achieved within 21 days - from an order placement to metro Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland (Brisbane) and Adelaide.
At any time in Australia, Alpha maintains 3000 uprights and 20,000 crossbeams and has stock piled and ready to ship items to cut down the waiting time in Melbourne.
Recently, Alpha Warehouse Solutions proudly attended their first ever exhibition show at MATEX, Darling Harbour. At the show, they combined their services with Peacock Bros.’ quality products and services. Peacock Bros. is Alpha’s preferred supplier of all data tracking and identification systems.
