Alpha Warehouse Solutions recently attended Intermec Conference in Sanya Island China, to meet with the sponsors and partners of Intermec and Southeast Asia.
The conference was held by the Directors of Intermec from the United States.
The conference was attended by Alpha Warehouse Solutions, and representatives from Baoli Forklifts in Australia, Peacock Brothers, Australia, and also leaders from Cisco Systems, USA, AC Engineering from the Philippines, TLIC Technology Links International, Philippines, Interdev, Melbourne, and Wavelink, Malaysia, Sato, New Zealand, and Jetstick, New Zealand; and Grand-Flo Electronics System, Malaysia, as well as many other representatives from South East Asia.
The focus of this informative Partner summit was to bring together new technologies and opportunities for all of the companies included, and increase awareness of the RFID technologies available through Intermec, a world leader in RFID technologies available today.
Many new products were highlighted including the new success with the RFID Forklift of the Future, CV30, and EX25, and the new generation CN3 mobile computer presented from a case study from Supercheap Auto in Australia.
A case study success at Hong Kong International airport has employed RFID system to handle baggage tags using Intermec tag printers, and the time and money saved by the airport in cost efficient baggage handling.
Also highlighted was Hoerbiger Mechatronic Solutions, in preventative maintenance through a mobile care system to guide the workforce to save billions a year in poor maintenance inspection practices.
Cisco provided new developments in wireless technology, wireless mesh and related real time location services, and a range of complete middleware solutions from BEA Weblogic, explained the capabilities and future expansion of RFID within all of Southeast Asia.
