Polycarbonate safety guards, available from Allplastics Engineering , are designed to maintain hygiene and worker safety in a wide range of industries. Machine guards are commonly manufactured from clear Polycarbonate or PETG which offer the high impact strength required as well as the optical clarity required to operate the equipment; the machine guards generally used in conveyor and manufacturing lines. These polycarbonate machine guards also adhere to Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

For situations where visibility of the guard is important as opposed to clarity, Allplatics will use yellow high density Polyethylene.Using modern facilities, Allplastics Engineering fabricate, form, bend, weld, bond and polish and can manufacture polycarbonate machine guards from simple to complex designs. Guards can be manufactured from existing samples or drawings. If the client is unable to provide drawings or samples, Allplastics Engineering can often visit a particular site to take all the necessary details required.
