Allplastics Engineering  supplied custom made food grade HDPE trays to a health food manufacturer to improve the efficiency of their production line.

Aussie Health Snax is a leading manufacturer and distributor of the Kuranda range of health bars. The health bars are mixed, rolled, decorated and cut by hand by the team at Aussie Health Snax to maintain the integrity of all the raw materials.

Allplastics custom manufactured the food grade HDPE trays, working with the Aussie Health Snax team to achieve the desired outcomes. Aussie Health Snax manager Vince Peronace was also impressed with the quality of Allplastics’ workmanship and delivery.

Allplastics Engineering has been providing replacement of OEM parts for the food industry and can customise these plastic components in accordance with the customer's specific requirement. Food grade engineering plastics are cut, CNC machined or routed for hot, cold, wet or dry areas of food preparation and packaging.

Chopping boards and wall cladding made from food grade HDPE or UHMWPE are in constant use in meat, poultry and fish preparation plants and butcheries. The range also includes wear strips, star wheels, rolling pins, plastic mallets, rollers and bushes, and machine guards.

The HDPE construction makes these products easy to maintain and clean. The plastic components can also be supplied in colours such as yellow, green, red and blue to help segregate meat, poultry, vegetables, and fish.

Custom made rollers and bushes made from Cast Nylon have proven an ideal replacement for metal parts by prolonging the life of the machine as well as eliminating the time-consuming lubrication process.

The Allplastics fabrication team can also fabricate custom made machine guards from clear impact resistant polycarbonate or highly visible yellow HDPE.
