Represented in Australia by Allied Data Systems , Sealevel has released Sea digital I/O 450E 16 form C relay outputs with an EThernet Modbus TCP Interface.

The Sea digital I/O 450E is powered from a 9-30 volt DC source, and extends Sealevel’s range of analogue and digital I/O for use with Ethernet TCP Modbus, RS485 Modbus RTU and USB Modbus RTU interfaces.

Connection via Ethernet 10/100BaseT can be made using industry standard Modbus TCP protocol or by using the Sealevel SeaMAX API software libraries from an application program.

Sealevel's SeaMAX software drivers and utilities make installation and operation easy using Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Win 7 and Linux operating systems.

Digital I/O networks can be expanded with Sea I/O N series products. Sea I O modules are available with Reed and Form C relays, optically isolated inputs, TTL interfaces, A/D and D/A functionality. Up to 246 additional expansion modules can be added using convenient pass-through connectors.

Sealevel’s Modbus digital I/O is suitable for use in industrial control, and was used extensively during the World Cup in South Africa for control of information signs to visitors.
