All Purpose Abrasives presents the ArcShield-513, the world’s first auto-darkening welding goggle PPE system from Servore.

The ArcShield system consists of the multi-function and multi-purpose Arc-513 goggles from shades #5 through #13, designed for use in grinding, gas cutting and welding, plasma cutting and ARC/ MIG/TIG/MAG welding applications.

Arc-513 auto-darkening welding goggles are ideal for confined space work, mobile welding and welding inspections, and can be used with hard hats, respiratory protection and a wide range of accessories for maximum protection and flexibility.

Servore PPE accessories include the Softshield range of fire retardant welding hoods and masks, and the unique nylon Clipshield welding face shields.

The ArcShield Concept

Designed after years of research and consultation with welders and safety professionals, the ArcShield system provides a better, more flexible solution to the demanding needs of modern welders including confined space work, pipe fitting, remodelling and repair of automobiles, ships and equipment, welding inspection, supervision and training, and maintenance and repairs.

Ergonomic design optimised for comfortable welding

The Arc-513 auto darkening goggles developed by welders for welders are ergonomically designed for fit. The Arc-513 goggles also incorporate unique and innovative features such as a shock absorbing heat resistant frame, a self-adjusting silicon skirt for a comfortable pressure-free fit conforming to the face profile, dual ‘Eye Follow’ in-line detectors optimally positioned for arc-detection, and an ‘Eye Breathe’ air vent system for mist reduction and optical comfort.

The front cover 3D protective lens is also hard coated for extra durability and increased protection from spatter, dirt and dust. The Rx/Prescription lens frame adds versatility and convenience to the Arc-513 system, making welding clearer, more comfortable and convenient for those who need glasses.

Better protection for welders

Arc-513 welding goggles can be used with a wide range of complementary PPE ensuring the best possible protection for the job. Respiratory, head and hearing protection can all be used; a range of fire retardant hoods, balaclavas and the Servore nylon Clipshield help complete the system delivering better protection from the associated risks of welding.
