Featuring a combination of rigid steel and cast iron construction, the HAAS GR-408 Bridge Router provides a stable and efficient platform on which to cut through materials.
An American made machine, the HAAS GR-408 Bridge Router combines innovative design principles, unique control features and high quality construction to make cutting simple, versatile and affordable.

With a safe, yet innovative design, many options in its usage and now available from Alfex CNC, the HAAS GR-408 Bridge Router can comprehensively fulfil your cutting needs.

Features of the Bridge Router from Alfex CNC
  • The 15-hp, 10K spindle combines the speed and power of the 15-hp vector drive system to cut aluminium, other metals and light materials with the ability of the 10K spindle to cut fibre, foam and wood.
  • The 50” x 98” travelling table easily supports large work pieces, with a capacity of up to 1,000lb.
  • Powerful brushless servos and high pitch ballscrews combine to produce rapids up to 51m/min.
  • The 10 pocket automatic tool changer, which uses a sinusoidal motion arm to accelerated and decelerate shuttle movement, preventing jarring to both the tools and machine.
  • Built in safety system.
  • The High Speed Machining (HSM) option provides faster contouring feeds without distortion of the programmed path at a fraction of the cost of other high speed controls.
  • Hard disk drive and Ethernet interface option, providing great flexibility in program transfer and storage.
