ALFEX CNC will display a number of laser engraving and cutting machines at the Melbourne Austech 2005 show, including the PTG fibre laser engraving machines and the Epilog CO2 laser engraving and cutting machines.
The 200W maximum fibre laser marking system is a safe, low-cost alternative for laser marking with Nd:YAG lasers. Its flexible cable beam delivery system is designed for maintenance-free direct part marking in metal, plastics, ceramics inside an enclosure with a laser safe viewing window. Alternatively it can be incorporated directly into a production line. It is designed to handle shocks, vibration and dusty conditions. Maintenance intervals are a minimum of 50,000 hours.
The range of Epilog CO2 laser engraving and cutting machines goes from the Epilog Mini 35W with a 450mm x 300mm table up to the Legend 32EX -120W with 812mm x 508mm work area. They will engrave on metals, plastics, anodised aluminium and will cut through acrylics and timber and can be viewed cutting at Austech 2005.
Alfex CNC will be at stand C14 in the Austech Pavilion at National Manufacturing Week 2005, in Melbourne, May 10-13.
