Leading roll handling equipment manufacturer Schlumpf Inc USA introduces the new redesigned version of their popular ERH-200 and ERH-300 roll handling devices.
The new ERH-400 design will cover the complete range previously offered by the two discontinued models as well as part of the larger ERH-500 range.
Schlumpf roll handling systems are designed for lifting or turning rolls of paper, film or foil, and are available in a massive array of configurations to cater for almost any roll handling application.
Featuring a lifting capacity of 180kg, the ERH-400 is available with manual or powered roll turning tooling, and can be fitted with other tooling such as V cradles, flat tables for boxes and trays, single probes, double probes and outside clamps.
Standard features also include high speed lift with soft start, 24VDC motor and controls, replaceable battery pack, heavy duty controls with micro pendant and heavy duty wear-free carriage bearings.
