Within the scope of AirRoad Alliance is AirRoad Specialised Services, which deals with shipments of fragile nature, requiring special attention, care and safe handling.
Also available from AirRoad Alliance is the ‘Freight Tracking’ system, which allows clients to access online and view the status of their shipment. In this service, clients are also provided with a ‘Proof of Delivery’ imaging. AirRoad adopts status reporting and performance monitoring activities to ensure that its processes are improved continually.
AirRoad Logistics takes care of the operation and management of supply and distribution for clients whose core competency does not include distribution. To these clients, AirRoad provides outsourced facilities and services.

AirRoad Direct takes care of the not regular, non account clients, providing them the facility of online booking and transactions. AirRoad’s express service ensures overnight delivery to most centres, and at the latest, on the second day to other areas.
