Air Powered Services offer a series of Pilot Air compressors. The Classic ‘K’ Series is Pilot Air’s premium cast iron cylinder range of air compressors and is suitable for heavy duty industrial use.
The following are the features of the Classic ‘K’ Series air compressors:
- Steel valve plates
- Stainless steel valves
- Non perishable copper discharge pipes
- Heavy duty wheels
- Heavy duty lifting handles
- Electric motor overload protection
All receivers are AS1210 approved.
The Petrol Industrial series is Pilot Air’s premium cast iron cylinder range of petrol engine powered air compressors and is suitable for heavy duty use.
The following are the features of the Petrol Industrial Series air compressors:
- Full engine idle down and unloading control for longer life
- Models with 2.5 and 5.5HP motors feature recoil start
- 9 and 11 HO motors feature electric and recoil start (battery not supplied)
All units are powered by Honda petrol engines and all receivers are AS1210 approved.
The ‘Three Phase Industrial’ series is Pilot Air’s premium cast iron range of air compressors and is suitable for heavy duty industrial use.
The following are the features of the Three Phase Industrial Series air compressors:
- T.E.F.C. 415v/50HZ (three phase) motors on all models with overload protection.
- Models K25 through K100 are two stage compressors and offer aftercooler and intercooler design to increase efficiency and provide higher pressure capabilities.
All receivers are AS1210 approved.
The Silent Reciprocating series is Pilot Air’s solution for applications subject to stringent environmental noise requirements.
The following are the features of the Silent Reciprocating Series air compressors:
- Power coated steel cabinets lined with acoustic foam to deaden noise.
- Thermostatically controlled cooling fans to ensure correct temperature operation of unit (exclusive of model K17SI)
- Model K17SI features regulated and non-regulated outlet to suit all installations.
- Models K25SI-K50SI feature a touch type control panel complete with over-temperature protection and indication for compressor and cooling fan operation.
