Desiccant air dryers

Air Powered Services  design and fabricate a full range of high volume twin tower desiccant drying systems capable of supplying clean and dry air to - 40° dewpoint.

Suited for pipe drying after pigging or hydro static testing, these portable systems are ideal for:

  • Gas projects
  • Petro chemical industry
  • Infrastructure projects where high quality dry air is essential

The desiccant dryers are fully automated and self contained and can either be electrically or fully compressed air operated.

Ideally suited to onsite work, the desiccant dryers are fully mounted into a sturdy steel transportable skid.

Housing:

  • Automated valving and charge over for purge drying
  • 3 stage high efficiency filtration
  • Compressed air - after cooler
  • Water separators

By using the desiccant dryers, your air will be:

  • Clean
  • Dry
  • To - 40° dewpoint
