Air & Hydraulic Systems has released ASV Stubbe’s C120 ball valves.
They are manufactured from PE-HD 100 and fitted with NBR seals. They feature a one-piece vacuum-tight housing, making them maintenance free and resistant to chemical and electrochemical damage.
The waste water and gas versions are designed to be used in underground applications with the drive shaft hermetically sealed against groundwater, sludge and sand. Its spigot ends can be easily fixed to the pipe by butt welding, electro fusion welding or flanging.
In addition to the standard “Industrial” version, these valves are also manufactured in versions specifically for drinking water, waste water and sewage and gas.
They are available in sizes from DN25 to DN150 and suitable for pressures up to 16 Bar. The full bore valves have high flow rates and a theoretical service life of 50 years. They are designed to replace previously used metal valves.
