AFT offers a wide range of enclosed blast room facilities to encompass a diverse range of abrasive recovery systems. The AFT sweeper recovery floor blast room system leads the way in abrasive recovery and combined with either pneumatic air lift or mechanical transfer is the best in the industry in large blast room facilities.
AFT has introduced the use of cool room paneling in the construction of blast rooms. The blast room internal walls are rubber or polyurethane lined to protect the interior surface and the cool room panel is perfect for ease of installation and noise absorption. On top of this it can be up to 50% cheaper then a steel fabricated blast room.
AFT blast rooms also feature blast room options such as rubber roll up doors, ideal for those areas where space is at a premium.
Polyglide Sweeper Blade Recovery System
AFT has developed the new, revolutionary Polyglide Sweeper Blade Recovery System for use in medium and large blast rooms. Manufactured in Australia, its unique, lightweight design decreases friction on the drive components, minimising maintenance and costly down time.
Unlike inferior metal sweeper blades originally designed in the USA, the new Polyglide Sweeper Blade uses non metallic flexible polyurethane components to prolong the life of the blade and surrounding parts by up to 3 times the life of other styles.
