TDC Mobile has selected Agilent Technologies’ OSS service assurance solutions to manage its GPRS services.
The OSS solutions will enable TDC Mobile to resolve problems faster, increase and document quality of service and significantly improve customer service for subscribers and roamers.

Also, these new tools will deliver powerful troubleshooting capabilities to increase the effectiveness of the first-line customer services organisation when responding to customer-reported problems."

TDC Mobile purchased the Agilent GPRS QoS Analyser, GPRS Session Analyser, Session Trace and GPRS Roaming Management System solutions.
