Oscilloscope and Digital Design technology from Agilent
Agilent has Oscilloscope and Digital Design/Debug technology. Digital seminar will show the new tools and techniques to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency when analysing and debugging all kinds of analogue and digital circuits.
Introduction
Agilent is a fast growing manufacturer of oscilloscopes. Solutions extend from 20MHz to 80GHz with prices and performances to suit many applications. Understand why 8 out of 10 people say they would switch to Agilent for their next scope purchase.
Unravelling issues in Embedded Microcontroller Systems and Serial Buses
Many of today's embedded designs include a mixture of analogue and digital signals, plus serial buses such as CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C and USB. Agilent's MSOs with serial bus triggering and serial bus decode offer significant advantages.
In this session Digital seminar demonstrates real debugging examples where Agilent's hardware-accelerated decoding is able to address serial debug challenges, highlighting innovative and unconventional tools to debug embedded microcontroller designs.
Using Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes to debug Digital Designs and FPGAs
Collaborative development between Agilent, Xilinx and Altera has produced a fast and effective way to use an MSO to debug FPGAs and the surrounding systems. Agilent's FPGA Dynamic Probe accesses up to 64 internal signals for each external pin dedicated to debug, unlocking visibility into the design.
Move probe points internal to the FPGA in under a second. It can measure different sets of internal signals without design changes while timing slays constant.
The Dynamic Probe maps internal signal names from the FPGA design tool to the Agilent MSO eliminating mistakes and saving hours of time with automatic setup of signals and bus names on the MSO.
Troubleshooting Broadband RF Wireless and High Speed Digital Interfaces
This presentation highlights solutions for the high speed digital and wireless RF design validation activities, including signal integrity and signal compliance. Learn how InfiniiScan can easily find signal problems with one button operation.
Explore wideband RF and wireless measurements using Agilent's 89600 Vector Signal Analyser software with the DSO80000 oscilloscope. See in-depth time, frequency and modulation domain analysis on the digital BaseBand/IF to the RF of those complex signals using just a scope as the signal-capture device.
Innovative Logic Analyser solutions reduce complex debug issues
The presentation highlights key industry trends and applications where Logic Analysers offer capabilities for testing complex designs. The explosion in the use of FPGAs, increased use of serial buses, higher speed digital signals and the move from analogue RF to digital signals are all discussed. A Logic Analyser with integrated Pattern Generator lets you control and monitor real-time system operations, probing impacts measurement accuracy and logic-analysers can be used in DSP applications for wireless comms, satellites and radar.
