ADVANTECH has announced the release of its latest Xscale based single board computer.
The PCM-7210 is a 3.5" Biscuit SBC embedded with Advantech's powerful off-the-shelf Xscale SOM engine.
Delivering flexibility and performance the PCM-7210 has the advantage of low-power consumption management that fits the needs of various vertical applications.
Supporting both embedded WinCE.NET and Linux, Advantech's PCM-7210 comes equipped with 64MB SDRAM and 32 Flash memory defaulted on the board, both re-configurable to suit individual requirements.
Other features include PCMCIA, CF, USB, Ethernet and five onboard COM all in a compact form factor small enough to fit into a 3.5" HDD.
The unique SOM-R200 interface and 120-pin expansion bus provides users a possible interface to upgrade or connect their own solution module for functionality expansion.
Suitable for the wireless LAN/WAN, Mobility, GIS, data acquisition and HMI applications, Advantech's PCM-7210 is a power-efficient, compact and reliable cost-effective solution.
