Internal Food Safety Auditor
Our Internal Food Safety Auditor course is a practical workshop that will demonstrate simple techniques for conducting a though and effective audits. Internal Auditing is a requirement of most standards in the food industry. Auditing your business ensures that the documented procedures are in place and are being followed.
Lead Food Safety Auditor
Advancing Food Safety’s Lead Food Safety Auditor course meets the Food Safety Auditor certification requirements and has been registered with the RABQSA International for that purpose. It is a five day examinable course covering the requirements of the Food Safety and Regulatory Standards, and what an Auditor would be expected to understand when undertaking a food safety audit. The course presents the audit methodology in accordance with the requirements of ISO 19011, ensuring that all audits are planned, conducted, reported and documented in a systematic and thorough manner.

Food Microbiology for Non-microbiologists
Advancing Food Safety’s Food Microbiology for Non Microbiologists course is for those production and QA professionals who, though not microbiologists need to understand the principles of microbiology with the focus on food safety. This course covers types of micro-organisms, microbial sampling and testing, interpretation of microbial test results, food borne outbreaks and food poisoning.
