Advancing Food Safety to hold AFS breakfast seminar series


The AFS breakfast seminar series, organised by Advancing Food Safety , was introduced to offer busy professionals, a forum where the recent industry information is presented and an ideal networking opportunity to meet other people from within the agri-food industry.

Topic: Challenge Testing and Shelf Life Validation
This seminar is an overview of challenge testing in terms of shelf life validation and typical techniques for determining this including issues that need to be taken into consideration when establishing a shelf life validation/verification protocol.

When:

  • Melbourne - 1 August 2008
  • Adelaide - 5 August 2008
  • Hobart - 21 August 2008

A hot breakfast and handout will be provided. The venue will be confirmed with attendees one week prior to the seminar.
