Energy-saving rotary screw compressor from Advanced Air Compressors
The new Kaeser screw from Advanced Air Compressors is an energy-saving rotary screw compressor that can help customers to curb their compressed air costs significantly. The sigma control and sigma control basic in Kaeser screw regulates as well as monitor the compressor. This is based on a robust industrial computer with real time operating system and updating capacity. The machines operating status is clearly and swiftly displayed by 'Traffic Light' LEDs. The four-line plain text display, touch keys and pictograms simplifies operation.
Kaeser has built airends with the slow drive speeds in order to optimise screw profiles. The Kaeser screw variety consists of Airtowers, GS/HS Range, SX/SM range, DSS/ESD range, CSDX(T) range, CSD(T) range, BSD range, ASD(T) range, ASR(T) range and SK(T) range. In Kaeser screw variable, storage of compressed air is provided by various sized air receivers that offer a volume of stable air that acts as a buffer to cope with the sudden air demands and acts to cool the stored air by means of their large surface area. Starting from high output ESD range there is a series of compressor packages with the energy saving SFC drive concept. The Kaeser screw variable is reliable, efficient and durable due to their generously sized sigma profile airends and low rotational speeds.
