Easy Change Former - robag®3 features a redesigned ergonomic swing out former mechanism for easy unloading and rapid changeover. Changing the former can be done in less than 60sec & without tools.
Redesigned Film System - robag®3 has a completely Redesigned film system, featuring single action film threading, patent sample dancer mechanism and a splice assist unit to eliminate film change delays.
Fingertip Control - The tna intelli-sys® links all system components to the robag® touch screen interface.
Vacuum Drives - Easy to clean, easy to maintain. Software controlled with auto positioning and auto opening, has self adjusting vertical seal units.
Patented Product Stripper/Tube Closer - Heart of every robag® system, tna's patented product stripper/tube closer delivers high speed and low wastage. robag®'s product strippers and tube closers contact the film ahead of the arriving dump, giving fragile products a soft landing. As the previous dump is stripped clear of the seal area the stripper and tube closers separate clearing the sealed area, so the jaws can seal and cut loose the bag of the previous dump.
