The YTC range of valve positioners began with standard 20-100 kPa analogue pneumatic valve positioners (YT1200) and 4-20 mA analogue electro-pneumatic valve positioners (YT1000) for both linear and rotary style control valves. Through a continuous process of product development many options have been added to the initial YTC valve positioner range. These options include digital position feedback (mechanical switch), analogue position feedback (4-20 mA transmitter) in either separate enclosures or integral with the valve positioner enclosure.

More recently, with the development of smart technology, the YTC range of valve positioners has increased to include electronic analogue valve positioner (YT1300) inclusive of feedback options and the digital smart valve positioners for safe area (YT2300) and hazardous areas (YT2400). The smart valve positioners feature options such as Hart communication, auto calibration, PID control, feedback and alarms and are available in either standard heavy duty IP66 aluminium enclosures or 316 grade stainless steel enclosures.

The YTC Range features

To further enhance their valve positioner range YTC produce filter regulator units, volume boosters, lock up valves and snap acting relays in both aluminium construction as well as 316 grade stainless steel.
The YTC range of valve positioners are available with locally accepted hazardous area approvals for intrinsically safe and flame proof environments and coupled with Acrodyne’s extensive valve mounting service can be easily coupled with any actuator and valve arrangement.
Acrodyne also run a comprehensive service and repair facility for any after sales service issues that may arise.
With an ongoing commitment to new product development YTC will continue to be the leader in valve positioner technology and control valve accessories for years to come.
