DURMA press brakes, available from Acra Machinery , are designed and constructed using high tensile steel with robot welded fabrication. The steel plate for the construction of the press brake frame is sand blasted prior to profile cutting and levelled prior to welding. The fabricated frame is then stress relieved before the final machining process is carried out on high precision bed mills.
DURMA HAP series press brakes can give customers an economical solution at non-CNC level. The torsion bar system is easy to operate with accurate bending being achieved by servo adjustable screws inside the hydraulic cylinders. The design is such that the specification can be increased to meet a customer's requirements by retrofitting either NC or CNC multi-access control.
