Ace Assessment and Training services provides various courses under Earthmoving competencies and nationally recognised training units. The titles covered under this course offered include conduct excavator operations, conduct skid steer operations, conduct grader operations, conduct dump truck operations and conduct dozer operation.
Conduct excavator operations specifies competency needed to conduct civil construction excavator operations and covers preparation and planning for work, safe and effective operation of excavator, the conduct of operational checks, use and removal of attachments and other activities.
The groups targeted for this course includes general construction workers, civil construction workers and entry level for apprentices. The outline of this course is to plan and prepare work, operate excavator, carry out operator maintenance, conduct pre operational checks. The practical demonstration includes simulated workplace activities and operating excavator.
The assessments provided for this course include excavator, front end loader, backhoe and skid steer front end loader, grader, scraper, tractor and dozer.
Assessments are provided to those students who have acquired skills in operating earthmoving machinery. The assessments are conducted at the site of workplace, question and answer manuals are sent through mail which has to be studied before assessment. Assessments include written examination and practical demonstration.
