The highly acclaimed Cintex x-ray and metal detection equipment was on display at the Accuweigh stand during the recently held Solupak 2007 food packaging, processing and technology exhibition.
The exhibition which was organised by Flavor SA (the food industry association) in conjunction with Food South Australia and the Centre for Innovation, was held at the TAFESA Regency Campus in Adelaide and included 30 exhibitors, presentations, workshops, machinery and equipment demonstrations.
Accuweigh , one of Australia's largest scales and weighing companies, displayed various products and held product demonstrations using the following equipment to a very appreciative Solupak audience:
§ Cintex Sentry XR X-ray machine
§ Cintex Metal Detection equipment
§ Dibal Weigh Price Labeller
§ Dibal Carton Labeller
Accuweigh's presence on their Solupak stand was a combined team effort with Tom Armour and Terry Robinson from the local Adelaide branch and Jayson Cook also attended from our Newcastle branch.
The event was focused towards stimulating small business awareness of new trends, providing practical solutions and interaction with suppliers to improve retailers performance and profits.
The format of the exhibition was set out as a series of seminars for delegates to attend. If a particular seminar was not relevant to the delegate’s needs, then they were free to walk around the exhibition reviewing supplier products and noting all the latest technology changes that could improve their business's performance.
