Accuweigh's Belt Weighers and Weigh Feeders

Belt Weighers and Weigh Feeders
Also known as conveyor scales and weightometers, belt weighers are designed to weigh product moving along conveyor belts using a weigh frame and loadcell(s) mounted in between the stringers of the conveyor system to register the weight of product moving across the belt. A digitiser is used to translate the load cell output info a flow rate and totalised weight allowing for seamless weighing automation.
Weigh feeders are usually fitted between a product outlet and a conveyor belt to deliver a required flow rate by regulating the product feed.

There are various classes of converyor belt weighers and weigh feeders with the attained accuracy and repeatability of most belt weighers and weigh feeders being very dependant on the positioning of the weigh frames, the quality of the belt weigher installations and various other external factors.
