Accuweigh ’s Perth branch recently supplied heavy duty, galvanised platform scales to Woodside Energy in Western Australia, which were fitted with a ramp to enable heavy steel bins to be wheeled on and off the platform.
Accuweigh’s A500 platform scales and ramp are fully galvanised for corrosion resistance in the aggressive environment they will be used in. An Avery E1005 digital weight indicator, powered by either VAC using a plugpack or via the internal rechargeable battery, is used to display the weight readings of the platform scale.
A500 platform scales are made in Australia using quality BHP steel, and feature an all-steel, heavy duty construction with multiple cross bracing to minimise platform deflection under heavy loads.
