Accuweigh have supplied multiple checkweighing systems for checkweighing the contents of packed fresh herbs and spices at Gourmet Garden’s Palmwoods operation.
Accuweigh, at their Brisbane branch, have sold and commissioned three checkweighing systems during 2007 for use with Accuweigh supplied x-ray food inspection equipment installed at this plant.
Both the checkweighing systems and x-ray inspection equipment are used to ensure that only contaminant free products of the correct weight are despatched from Gourmet Garden’s factory.
Accuweigh have been supplying their x-ray food inspection equipment and high speed checkweighing systems to Gourmet Garden for a number of years.
Gourmet Garden’s processing plant is at Palmwoods, on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, Queensland, with most of the herbs and spices grown in the fertile conditions of central Queensland.
