The robot palletising system, available from Accuweigh , is part of a turnkey order Budpak received for complete bag filling, palletising and pallet wrapping lines. Flour is bagged and sealed on a mezzanine floor, then delivered to the robot palletising system on the floor below by means of a gravity slide chute manufactured in stainless steel.
Due to limited floor space available, the Fuji-Ace robot palletising system has been programmed to perform other sundry tasks associated with palletising.The robot palletiser first places an empty pallet onto the loading station conveyor and then places a slip sheet onto the pallet prior to palletising the bags of flour onto the pallet.
After the palletising is completed, the pallet passes to a stretch wrapper where a protective top sheet and weatherproof stretch wrap is applied.
