Tecno 100 valve bagger: 
These valve baggers are especially well adapted to applications where a single bagger is required for multiple bagging points making for a superior valve packing experience.

The valve bagging equipment and bagging machines support the following functions and features:
  • Compact Design
  • Vacuum Bagging
  • Valve sealing and bag sealing
  • Portable - can be moved easily to multiple bagging points
  • Variable bagging speeds
  • Auger bag filling system allows for various products, including powdery, dusty, granular, animal produce bagging or seed bagging
  • Filling speeds of between 200-250 bags/hour are typical depending on the type of product
  • Up to four Tecno 100 valve bag packers may be placed in line for up to 1000 bags/hour. 
Tecno 350 valve bag filling equipment and bulk bag fillers: 
These valve bagging systems are equipped with a vertical impeller bag filling system for valve bag filler, great for bulk materials handling.

The motorized rotation of the impeller moves product from the integrated loading hopper through the filling spout into the valve bag.

  • Vertical impeller bag filling systems
  • Typical production speed of between 300-400 bags/hour.
  • Up to four valve bagging machines may be placed in line for production speeds of up to 1400 bags/hour. 
MT/L and MT/EL valve bag filling machines:
These valve baggers are equipped with an auger bag filling system and are ideal for products with dusty or floury characteristics, but are also well suited to granular or pelletized products. 

  • Auger bag filling systems
  • Automated bagging lines
  • Integrated product dosing system feeds product to the auger bag filling system.
  • Dual phase filling modes ensure precise dosing of the product
  • Six types of product dosing systems - gravity, impeller, belt, screw, dual screw, or vibratory channel
  • Variable speed - from 150 – 200 bags/hour depending upon product characteristics and machine configuration. 
ITG-HV valve bag fillers:
These valve baggers are equipped with a gravitational bag filling machinery designed to work exclusively with granular, free flowing products, but is more advanced, and accelerated to a significantly higher velocity.

These automatic bagging machines are ideal for products such as granular fertilizers, sugar, plastics, seeds, pellets, and sands.

  • Typical production speed of between 500-600 bags/hour depending on the type of product and bag.
  • Up to four machines may be placed in line for production speeds of up to 2400 bags/hour.
ITG-HV series valve bag fillers may optioned with TRANSFER automatic bag placing units for full automation.
