Accutech has specialised in fluid flow simulation software for more than 20 years, providing support and training in our products.

Our fluid flow software will find a role in the mining, engineering, pharmaceutical, oil/gas, power generation and utilities industries; in fact anywhere where a fluid –liquid, gas or slurry – needs to be transported!

Capabilities of our software include:

Pipe network analysis.
Simulate the flow of liquids and gases (water, hydrocarbons, air, steam, natural and other gases etc.)in pipe systems.
Simulate the performance of multiple pumps, fans, control valves, orifice plates and any type of line equipment in complex pipe networks.
Non-Newtonian flow, slurry flow, power law fluids, Bingham plastics, settling slurries.
Heat transfer - heat loss/gain through pipe walls (lagged or unlagged), heat change due to compressible flow, heat exchangers.
Transient analysis and water hammer.

Software Products

FluidFlow3: State-of the-art software for the design of single and 2-phase flows of liquids and gases and non-Newtonian/non-settling and settling slurry flows. Excellent graphical user interface and reporting capabilities. Build piping systems schematics using a simple drag-and-drop process and simulate the hydraulic performance of almost any type of line equipment – end suction centrifugal pumps, PD pumps, control valves etc. Simulate heat change such as heat flow through pipe walls or heat exchangers.

InstruCalc: Design and selection of pipeline instrumentation – orifice plates, venturis, control valves etc.
