New tray sealing machines, head load testers and cartoners will be showcased at AUSPACK 2009 . Proseal UK will exhibit at AUSPACK 2009 to introduce customers to their new subsidiary, Proseal Australia, which are now fully operational.
At AUSPACK 2009, Proseal Australia will demonstrate the semi automatic PR30 machine capable of sealing up to 30 trays per minute and a fully automatic in line machine called the GT1, which can seal up to 60 trays per minute.
SI Instruments have developed the new TehloTest instrument. The TehloTest is the wireless edition of the head load tester used in wineries. Measuring the head load of capping machinery is now easy.
The TehloTest head load tester can be wirelessly operated from a distance of up to 30 metres with no wires to be pulled or damaged. It is suitable for use in production lines. The TehloTest head load tester consists of two parts. The imitation bottle contains the load cell and the user interface contains the control module. It features EasyPlot graphing software, making it possible to obtain a full graph of the capping force on a computer screen.
The TehloTest head load tester provides accurate measurement with a fast response rate in a robust housing and is easy to use with intuitive controls. An adjustable stainless steel BVS head with adjustment and locking screws accommodates most wine bottle sizes, while accommodating individual caps or unusual bottles. The included spacer allows for taller bottles, while additional spacers can be added if necessary.
The Paksmart PC120 carton machine will also be showcased at AUSPACK 2009. The PC120 is a continuous motion horizontal carton machine (cartoner) that is capable of 120 cycles per minute. This makes it suitable for moderate production requirements. The PC120 carton machine is available in both automatic load (barrel cam) and hand load models. The hand load version features a loading station that accommodates two operators for high speeds. The automatic version is suitable for higher levels of automation.
The PC120 carton machine uses the advanced servo motor technology. This reduces mechanical linkages resulting in less wear and maintenance requirements. The servo drives also control machine functions for improved reliability and performance.
The rotary pick and place carton erector offers high speed efficiency with a large carton size range. The 1.2m powered magazine extends the running time which is important at this speed.
