ATS Applied Tech Systems Pty Ltd announces the release of their latest software designed to allow manufacturers to collect the data they need to calculate the OEE within their manufacturing process.

ATS Intelligence, the new software from ATS International B.V. is a simple, robust and standardised OEE solution that combines extensive knowledge of manufacturers’ needs, proven best practices and technological trends.

Manufacturing intelligence and the calculation of metrics are playing an ever increasing role in the performance of manufacturing companies, with the availability of production data critical to the decision-making process. ATS Intelligence is a powerful tool that will allow manufacturers to view the OEE of everything from an individual machine to an entire plant.

The ATS Intelligence software features an intuitive user interface that allows the operator to easily record all the information required to calculate the OEE in real-time. Taking a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to OEE, the software requires the operator to only enter the information needed to get a quick and clear presentation of the OEE for each piece of equipment and for the whole plant.

ATS Intelligence enables manufacturers to collect and analyse data including the amount of material or product being manufactured; the machine or process manufacturing the product; the equipment’s optimum rate of production for each material; and the breakdown of reasons that reduce the total available time to the actual running time for a piece of equipment.

The manufacturer can then use ATS Advanced Reporting Services to explore the details and nuances of all the information gathered from anywhere on the planet using a web browser.
