RUGGED, reliable and compact, the LP400 airless sprayer from Airlessco features the simplicity of a mechanical pressure control system. The unit is powered by a dependable fan-cooled totally enclosed 0.6hp (0.45kW) dc motor. Available through the exclusive Australian distributors, Cormack Anest Iwata Pty Ltd.
Airlessco’s reputation of reliability and long service life continues with this entry level airless sprayer. Built on a well-balanced triple chrome plated carry frame, that is sturdy enough to stand on, the LP400 easily sprays oil-based coatings, sealers, varnishes, water-based coatings and solid stains.
Rated at over 5600L per year for latex paints, the LP400’s durable and established LP pump—well is recognised by today’s professional painters.
The unit features the oversized ‘slow-stroking’ hardened stainless steel piston. The large diameter means fewer cycles per litre, thereby reducing wear.
The LP400 also includes the patented triple-life packing system, believed to be the only one in the industry with external adjustment of the upper and lower packings. This saves money and downtime. This feature also means the operator avoids getting stuck on a job because of blown packings, with a sprayer full of paint.
Other features include tungsten carbide seats for increased output and longer service life and a self-centring, high-flow ball cage for positive valve operation that provides extended ball and seat life.
Mechanical pressure controls provides a minimum of 3.45MPa (500psi), which is suitable for light material and a maximum working pressure of 20.68MPa (3000psi). Output at 13.8MPa (2000psi) is 1.74L per minute.
All units come with over 15m (50’) of 1/4” hose, 008 silver gun, with built-in swivel and a limited 24 month warranty.
