Flue gas analyser from AMS Instrumentation and Calibration

The OxyTrak 390 flue gas analyser from AMS Instrumentation and Calibration utilizes the ex situ connection loop design, and it is an accurate, low-cost analyser that stays on the job for extended periods with minimal maintenance.

Features of the flue gas analyser include:

  • The flue gas analyser offers automatic calibration and verification
  • Plug-resistant sample path
  • The flue gas analyser is suitable for temperatures up to 1900°C
  • The flue gas analyser is easy to install and replace
  • Ex situ diffusion/convection loop design with zirconium oxide oxygen sensor for measurement accuracy and durability
  • Sensor housing on the gas analyser maintains steady temperature for greater accuracy and longer sensor life
  • Optional sensor to measure CO, H2 and other combustibles
  • The flue gas analyser has a corrosion-resistant design

The OxyTrak 390 flue gas analyser measures unburned oxygen levels in dirty, aggressive combustion applications including:
  • The flue gas analyser is used in Incinerators: industrial, municipal and hazardous waste
  • Furnaces: all fuels and all types, including heat treating, glass and process
  • Boilers: all fuels and all types, including marine, recovery, and utility
  • Rotary kilns: ore reduction, cement, alumina processing and others
