The R400, available from ADM Packaging Technology, is a standardised, versatile robotic pick and place case packer designed to accommodate a wide range of products at high speeds. These robotic pick and place case packers can pick a range of products from flexible bags and pouches, semi-rigid and/or rigid trays, tubs, cartons and over wrapped products lay flat or stand-up.
The robotic case packer is of stainless steel construction with the robot positioned above the pick belt for washdown applications and ease-of-access. With the addition of the Twin Head or Twin Robot module, the R400 robotic pick and place case packer is capable of even higher throughput. All within the same space saving footprint with a basic frame size of 5’ x 4’-4”.
R400 top load case packer with Racetrack has the same features as the R400. The race track module is in place for packing on edge or heavy shingled product.
