ADM Instrument Engineering announces the launch of a new range of low cost slimline DIN rail power supplies from Mean Well.
Mean Well’s popular EDR-75 and NDR-75 series low cost slimline DIN rail power supplies have now been extended with 120W and 150W versions.
Mean Well’s broader range of DIN rail power supplies will now include the 120W NDR-120 and EDR-120 series and the 150W EDR-150 series. All versions can be installed on a TS-35/7.5 or TS-35/15 DIN rail. With a width of only 40mm, these power supplies are perfect for applications with space constraints in the control cabinet.
These new additions to the EDR and NDR series are recommended for industrial control systems, factory automation and motor and servo drives as well as any application that requires a compact, reliable, low cost power supply.
Both the EDR-120 and NDR-120 series power supplies are available with 12V, 24V or 48VDC output, while the EDR-150 is available with a 24VDC output and offers the added advantage of being adjustable up to 156W. The DC output can be adjusted via the front panel.
Key features of Mean Well’s new power supplies include 90~264VAC input; fanless design eliminating risk of failure from moving parts; operating temperature range of -20°C ~+60°C for EDR-120 and 150 series, and -20°C ~+70°C for the NDR-120 series; efficiency rating of up to 89% (NDR-120); built-in protections for short circuit, overload, over voltage and over temperature; tested and certified to UL/CUL/TUV/CB/CE safety standards; and compliant with EN61000-6-2, the heavy industry grade EMS standard.
The EDR-120 and EDR-150 series meet the EN55022 Class A standard and the NDR-120 Class B standard. All power supply models are supplied through ADM complete with C-Tick approval.
