ADM Instrument Engineering introduces a new range of Mean Well power supplies in Australia for security applications.
A leading manufacturer of power supplies for security monitoring systems, Mean Well now presents the new DRC-40 and DRC-60 series designed to be mounted on TS-35/7.5 and TS-35/15 DIN rails, making them a perfect choice for power supplies that are easily mounted in a control cabinet.
In addition to the primary output, the power supply also has an additional charger output that can be used in conjunction with an external battery, allowing the user to build a DC UPS facility into their security system.
The DRC-40 and DRC-60 power supplies are perfect for use in security systems, emergency lighting systems, alarm systems, DC UPS systems, central monitoring systems and access systems.
Key features of Mean Well DRC-40 and DRC-60 power supplies include input voltage range of 90~264VAC and output voltage of 13.8VDC or 27.6VDC; reliable construction with no fan; cooling by free air convection, eliminating risk of failure from moving parts; ambient operating temperature of -30°C ~+70°C; efficiency rating of up to 88%; TTL signal and relay contact to provide AC OK and low battery alarm signal; and optional relay contact on the DRC-40.
The DRC-40 and DRC-60 power supplies also feature short circuit protection, overload protection, over voltage protection, low battery cut off, battery reverse polarity protection by fuse, and front panel DC voltage adjustment.
The DRC-40 and DRC-60 carry UL, CUL, CB and TÜV safety certifications and are supplied in Australia exclusively through ADM, complete with C-Tick.
