ADM Instrument Engineering introduces a new range of LED light power supplies from Mean Well designed for lower wattage project style lighting applications.
Available in Australia from exclusive Mean Well distributor ADM Instrument Engineering, the new 25-watt LCM-25(DA) low wattage LED driver has now been added to the popular LCM range of constant current LED power supplies.
Mean Well’s new LED drivers meet the increasing demand for intelligent digital dimming applications including LED commercial lighting, LED office lighting and indoor LED decorative lighting.
The new 25-watt power supply model allows the user to select the required output current level with the built-in DIP switch similar to all LCM LED power supplies for excellent flexibility while eliminating the need to carry stock of multiple versions of the same power supply to cover any eventuality.
The Mean Well LCM-25 comes in two versions: While the LCM-25 features Mean Well’s built-in 2 in 1 dimming function, allowing dimming with a 0~10Vdc or PWM signal, the digital control model, LCM-25DA is equipped with the DALI interface and push dimming function.
A synchronised dimming function in the Mean Well LCM series allows the user to control up to 10 drivers synchronously delivering excellent consistent dimming control in applications with multiple lighting fixtures.
Key features of Mean Well’s LCM-25(DA) LED power supplies include a clever design that places the input and output connections on the same side of the unit; low profile 23mm high housing to suit confined space applications; Mean Well’s new generation electric circuit topology for up to 86% efficiency, allowing cooling by free air convection from -30°C to +60°C (ambient temperature); 180~277 VAC input with built-in two stage Power Factor Correction; Class II design (no Frame Ground) with protection for short circuit and over temperature; and Australian Safety approvals and C-Tick.
